Let me tell you about A Town automotive. I called the shop and I was impressed at what I heard. I heard they were open on a Saturday, but they were not because I only heard that in my mind. So I called this shop 4 or 5 times in 1 week. And the shop person kept saying we're not open on weekends, so I thought I had the wrong shop. I was persistent, I called, and I said, hey, let me speak to this person, and it was the wrong person, but I wrote his name on my calendar, long story short, I got my vehicle at this shop. We laughed about it on the way out; Let me tell you' these persons Here' Are A Plus 🦾Capital !!! 💥A Plus Is What They Are 🫡 ; BUT The Name is *** A TOWN AUTOMOTIVE *** For A Reason 🥶💪🏾🔨!!! I just want to say I was overly impressed about everything that they did. How their customer service was and how they treated my Baby Girl Burtha《Big B》🛻. They were amazing. They didn't overprice me oversell me or anything, they just told me, look here it is, and I got it done. My thing was a coil starter, something I'm still going to a town automobile. Great Place To Start If You're Looking For Great Honest Serving on Automobile Repairs!!

This place is very professional and customer service is 10/10. They were very thorough with updates and pricing is very fair for diagnostics or repairs in this time and age of expensive living. I would recommend anyone to this shop and will take my vehicle back for any futures issues. Thank you guys again and being so honest and transparent!

Recently had my car serviced here and had a great experience. The team was professional, quick, and got the work done at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend A Town Automotive if you’re looking for a trustworthy shop that won’t keep your car forever or overcharge you. I’ll definitely be back for future work.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding experience with A Town Automotive! My wife and I recently moved here from Pittsburgh PA, and one of the first things we needed was a trustworthy auto shop after driving our cars down of course for some routine maintenance. We're so glad we found Danny and the crew. From the very beginning, they were professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. Danny took the time to answer all of my wife's questions over the phone, which made us feel comfortable before we even brought the vehicle in. They replaced our brakes and rotors, on our 2017 Buick my wife drives, clearly explained exactly what needed to be done, and were completely transparent throughout the process—no surprises or unnecessary upselling. They also completed the work right on the timeline they estimated. Finding an honest mechanic in a new city can be stressful, but A Town Automotive exceeded our expectations. We've definitely found our new go-to shop, and ill be bringing my 2024 Buick Envision by for our routine care.

Richard and Danny are now immortalized in my memory as the rare unicorns of the auto repair world. Real men who look at your car and somehow resist the urge to tell you that you ALSO need a transmission flush, a new engine and a blessing from a certified engine shaman. In an industry where “you came in for an oil change but have you considered a second mortgage?” is practically the business model, these two just simply fix your car then, if applicable educate you on the timeline you have for new brake pads or tires. Honestly. Logically. Without making you feel like you need a law degree to decode the invoice. After 16 years and 3 cars, A-Town Automotive isn’t just a mechanic shop, it’s a warm environment where your ignorance about cars is met with patience, not condescension. Their no-nonsense solutions somehow shatter every low expectation you walked in with. It’s the kind of place you can and should feel comfortable raising your expectations. The kind of place where they know your name, know your car’s quirks, and you know they’re never going to call you with bad news they magically invented.
